Get tired of growing the same old same—year in and year out? You should. The human body requires diversity in its diet in order to remain healthy and to operate at full capacity. And Mother Nature requires a diversity of plants and seeds to keep thriving and producing. By saving seeds from the best plants and from ones which are best adapted to our local environment, we’re keep seed varieties alive-and can even develop new ones ourselves suited to our local conditions. In a time of make-do, when we're more likely to repair things and buy second-hand, seed swapping falls right in line. We’ll also make seed balls.
