Registration Policies

These policies are current as of July 18, 2018

Workshop registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Most classes are limited in size, please enroll early to guarantee your space.

Tuition
The tuition (some of which includes all materials needed for the class/workshop) is listed in each workshop description, and must be paid in full at the time of registration in order to guarantee your space.

If you are paying by check, please send payment within one week of enrolling. Your space will not be  guaranteed until payment is received.

 

Waitlist
When the class is full and a student requests to be put on the wait list, requests are accommodated in the order received. When a space opens up, my procedure is to send an email asking the first person on the list if they are still interested; if they are, I will send an invoice via PayPal. If the PayPal invoice is not paid within a 24-hour period, I will move to the next person on the waitlist. All classes must be paid before attending.

House Rules
I cannot allow animals onto the property.  Please leave your pets at home.  No smoking.  

Cancellations & refunds
If a workshop is cancelled by Center Studio 518, your tuition will be refunded in full by the method paid. Workshops have minimum enrollment requirements, and if these are not met, I reserve the right to cancel workshops.  I make every attempt to notify participants of cancellations within 48 hours. 

Student Workshop Cancellations
If for any reason you decide to cancel, tuition for all workshops is non-refundable, unless I'm able to fill your space from the waiting list. There will be a $20 administrative fee deducted from any refunds given.

I will make every effort to fill your space if you need to cancel, but I cannot guarantee that I will be able to do so.

Center Studio 518 is not responsible for providing make-up classes or issuing refunds, credits, or transfers for workshops missed as a result of illness, emergency, or any other events beyond my control.
